TERMS OF SERVICE (GLOBAL VERSION)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms contain MATERIAL TERMS that affect your legal rights, including territorial restrictions, license limitations, virtual currency rules, Bit Card restrictions, account termination, and limitation of liability. Please read carefully before using the Game.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Player”) and 32BitZ Studio (“32BitZ”, “Company”, “Developer/Publisher”).

By accessing, installing, registering, or using any game, service, or website operated by 32BitZ (collectively, the “Game” or “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Game.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1 Game

“Game” refers to any online interactive digital game operated on server infrastructure located outside the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

2.2 Developer / Publisher

“Developer/Publisher” refers to 32BitZ Studio, acting as the developer and operator of the Game from infrastructure located outside Vietnam.

2.3 Virtual Currency

“Virtual Currency” means non-monetary, in-game virtual value used solely within the Game for gameplay purposes.

Virtual Currency:

• Has no real-world monetary value
• Is not money, electronic money, or a payment instrument
• Cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or converted to real-world currency
• Exists solely within the Game environment

2.4 Bit Card

“Bit Card” refers to a digital prepaid activation code consisting of a unique serial number and activation code, redeemable only within the Game to obtain Virtual Currency.

Bit Cards:

• Are not money
• Are not electronic money
• Are not cryptocurrency
• Are not stored-value instruments
• Have no cash value
• Are not refundable or exchangeable for money
• Exist solely as a method to unlock in-game virtual value

3. TERRITORIAL RESTRICTION – EXCLUSION OF VIETNAM

The Game and all related services are NOT licensed, offered, distributed, or operated in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

32BitZ:

• Does not target users located in Vietnam
• Does not provide services within Vietnam
• Does not authorize access or use from Vietnam

Any access, registration, gameplay, purchase, or redemption from within Vietnam is unauthorized, unsupported, and conducted entirely at the User’s own initiative and risk.

32BitZ assumes no legal or regulatory responsibility for any access from restricted territories, including Vietnam.

4. LANGUAGE AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

The availability of the Vietnamese language in the Game is provided solely for Vietnamese-speaking users residing outside Vietnam.

The inclusion of Vietnamese language support:

• Does not indicate market targeting of Vietnam
• Does not constitute service availability in Vietnam
• Shall not be interpreted as evidence of distribution or operation within Vietnam

5. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Game.

If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that you have obtained consent from your legal guardian.

6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities conducted under your account

You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or allow third parties to access your account.

32BitZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

7. LICENSE GRANT

32BitZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended mechanics

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized software
• Engage in harassment, fraud, or abusive behavior
• Circumvent technical, territorial, or payment restrictions
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

9. VIRTUAL CURRENCY

Virtual Currency:

• Has no real-world monetary value
• Is not owned by the User
• Cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged outside the Game

32BitZ retains the absolute right to modify, remove, or reset Virtual Currency balances at its sole discretion.

10. BIT CARD USAGE AND RESTRICTIONS

10.1 Authorized Use

Bit Cards are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by end users located in territories where the Game is lawfully available.

10.2 Prohibition of Resale and Distribution

The resale, redistribution, bulk trading, or commercial exploitation of Bit Cards is strictly prohibited, particularly in restricted territories, including Vietnam.

32BitZ does not authorize any reseller, agent, distributor, influencer, or third party to sell Bit Cards in Vietnam.

10.3 Vietnam-Specific Bit Card Exclusion

Bit Cards are not offered, sold, supported, or guaranteed in Vietnam.

32BitZ provides:

• No payment support
• No customer service
• No dispute resolution

for Bit Cards acquired, resold, or redeemed from within Vietnam.

11. ENFORCEMENT, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

32BitZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, invalidate Bit Cards, remove Virtual Currency or in-game items, or restrict or deny access to the Game if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in unauthorized activities.

No compensation or reimbursement shall be provided in such cases.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including software, artwork, characters, trademarks, and content, are owned by 32BitZ Studio or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to the User.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 32BitZ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 32BitZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, accounts, or Virtual Currency, or unauthorized access or service interruptions.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
